So is this proposed tax going to be a carrot or a stick? I like our treasurer Wayne Swann and think he is a decent bloke. I trust him much more than our PM. So hopefully he won't stitch us up.

I can see Gaddaffi to Moaning Rabbot morph's coming on - I am conservative by nature turned to swinging voter by the injustices of prejudice and the scrapping of culpability by focussed event based memory loss - under Howard.
The major benefit of independents is the broadening of the publically stated points of view - it is refreshing.
