For years I have seen ads that show how sun and salt water buggers up your hair and you need to wash it with shampoo that has milk, or fruit juices, or rare seed oils etc etc. They make it sound like going to the beach will do major damage to your hair.
Now I have seen it all.
A conditioning hair washing product thing on TV that contains - wait for it - sea salt. FFS.
The only dumb ones are the ones that buy it

I think its true.
Lots of middle aged men who have spent a lot of time at the beach or in the water are now bald.
It seems its a symptom more common with windsurfers. 
Why can't they read a road map FFS.

After watching that clip the answer to marks question ( are women just dumb) is no (some) are dumb & stupid. (Sometimes) I wish my wife was like that.
I used to know someone just like her, really nice girl, but just dumb! Geez I miss her, lol
That's alright but don't forget men are also being sucked into the cosmetics market as well with men's moisturizers, makeup, fragrances (not deoderant) and body sculpting (Back crack and sack waxing etc).
Fortunately I recognize that I was born ugly (true) and through years of practice and dedication I have got better at it.
Have you been in one or more sexual relationships with women in your life Mark? If the answer is yes, then I would think that is sufficient evidence that the answer to your original question is also yes
