Old Spice = Chilli Ale
Big Woody = oak flavoured lager
If I'm out and about I usually stick to Coopers green or Red if I can get it....
For me it's always been (17 years or more)
Hahn Ice....
They took it off the market about 3 weeks ago...
Only beer I ever really loved

Ice is a whoosy beer...but dam I loved it..no hangover..no bitter after taste..
It's not the 1st beer I have liked and they deleted..

while living in boarding house in melbourne 25 years ago, this Indian bloke encouraged me to drink one and a quarter bottles of Victoria Bitter. i was partly drunk. he then tried to take advantage of me! sorry guys not that way inclined. i went to work next day and could not understand why i had a terrible headache.
perhaps the Doc can enlighten us on health effects of drinking beer.
In the last office I worked in we had an office beer collection. Rule was, every time you travelled internationally you had to bring back an unopened beer from that country that wasn't already in the collection. Failure to do so meant you had to go and get 24 domestic beers and put them in the fridge.
Some people brought back more than one beer per trip, and we put one of every domestic beer in there too for variety, so there weren't quite as many international trips as the picture below might suggest.
Still, there was over 300 beers there last time I saw it.

That brown keg looking thing in the middle of the lower left shelf is Chibuku, from Zimbabwe, and is sold in army mortar containers. And yes, it and the can on top are structural...
Hahn Super Dry is the regular, but like Funky can't go past an Asahi, damn nice beer that and my choice when on the expense account 
Throw in a Tiger every now and then, splurge on a Grolsh if I find one and even thoroughly enjoy an SP Lager in PNG when there.
Nothing beats your own home brew though.

coopers home brew using 6 litre co2 fridge kegs!
$15 a carton and no preservatives, makes commercial taste like chemical. 
San Miguel, Tuborg, Carlsberg, Heineken, Sing Ha, Stella Artois, Kilkenny for when I'm flush.
Everyday drinkin' XXXX Gold.

Mmmm Singha Gold. My first time in Thailand I was amazed how good the local and locally brewed Euro beers were compared to most of our soapy hog dribble we produce in Oz.
Nice spicy Thai curry with a king brown of Singha Gold sitting in an ice bucket. Less than $15 for the lot! YUMM!!

Blue Tongue - Pilsner at the moment. Also like their lager.
Its refreshing, full flavoured without being too hoppy or toasty....
For me, Coopers Red.
But, are you meant to leave the sedimentary layer in the bottle, or drink that as well?
I leave it. Coopers' website offers no advice (that I could find).
Anything by Coopers is good but given the choice Cooper's Pale Ale is my preference - drink the very last drop, dregs and all.

Coopers sediment is yeast they put in to the beer when they bottle it, along with a bit of sugar (probably dextrose). It's what carbonates the beer in the bottle. Home brewers do much the same thing. In fact, some home brewers collect the sediment and use that to brew their homebrew.
You can drink the sediment and some like to, but my preference is to leave it.
Definitely cheeky blonde brewed somewhere by brewers with little or no idea of what they are doing has to rank as the absolute worst tasting beer i have ever spent my hard earned on

nah food grade polyethylene funky,can't fault it after a year and a half of use.
i do have 16 of them too..
Cpers does it for me. Pale Ale. Cheap and delicious, with all natural yeast poo.
I was excited about their "Pilsner 62". Not a fan, I'll stick to the classics.
James Squire Pilsner is a fave if I'm feeling rich. Love their Porter too.
Had a taste of "White Rabbit Dark Ale" at xmas, yum, but $.
The best beer of all is South Coast winter homebrew rainwater lager, that you forgot about, then discover in December.
I got all kegged up over five years ago. Cheap and awesome to be able to give away beer to anyone who rocks up. Helps maintain a buoyant physique for kiting too :) As always brewed under hygenic man cave conditions and aspiring to Little Creatures Pale Ale at all times, which is still my favourite shelf beer.
That's an all grain brewery I made that gets used for the special once a year brew these days. Takes 8 hours to put down a decent brew so it's hard to do because it could get windy at anytime...
