Can't disagree with that, but "Black Books" beats 'em both.

No, the sad part is that so little real comedy has been produced for donkey's years now, except for "Mrs Brown's Lads" that is. However, after my 2 x 1 month holidays in Ireland I'd be willing to accept that it's considered reality TV there .

If you are keeping up with the US schedule, Cougar Town and Rules of Engagement are well written and funny. Starting watching 'cause the wife and teenage daughter watched them, but found I quite liked them.

Fraiser was a classic - as were the early seasons of Married with Children.

My 14yo son is working his way through all six seasons of Get Smart... still makes me smile when I walk in and see him enjoying an ep I saw some 35+ years ago.

Surprised no one nominated Two and a Half Men. Winning!!

I think the real test is time. I found some eps of Let the Blood Run Free from the 80's so DL'd because we had liked it when it screened. We turned this off before the end of the first ep and deleted the files - terrible!

I liked it better when it had some of the older cast members in the house

I loved the first few episodes, then I realized there is only one joke.

Haven't seen Garry Shandlings Show since it aired in the 90s, but I used to love that - anyone remember it? I also loved Curb Your Enthusiasm and Dave Chapelle.
