Wtf is wrong with Channel 10 ? The French GP will be shown on HD live from 09:50pm (Melbourne) which would be lovely if I had a HD set top box. Unfortunately I am lumbered with a SD set top box and so I won't be able to watch it until the delayed telecast @ 11:25pm, assuming that boring midget Rove's show does not go over time which it probably will as it always does.
I mean ffs, the broadcast is supposed to be live and the two dimwitted clowns from 10 carry on for 20 minutes before the race and pretend it's live and it NEVER is. Sorry for the rant, just venting.
I know what you mean. Its the same deal with the Formula 1. It's always on at about 2:00am.
But then we got fox, most of it is properly LIVE. The only chit chat is in between the races, and it's kind of interesting. And, most importantly, no adds.
Ps, you can watch supernatural beforehand. Good show. Hmm rove is already 6mins overtime. How hard is it to stick to the program.
Edit:Sorry i thought you were talking about the moto gp. I think its on tonight aswell. But yeah, they do it with everything. And its annoying.
Rove sux.
I remember watching a race years ago on chanel 9 and somewhere in the middle about 20 laps went missing.
I took today off so I could stay up and watch them.
Half the time I'd set the settop to record but sometimes the signal drops out or they start it later than programed and miss the end, or during the day the winner gets blurted out over the radio or someone tells you who won before you get to watch it. Yeah, not this time buddy!
Oh, and Webber won.[}:)]
When will Mark Webber come good........i think he really carnt drive...time after time he stuffs up .... from driver errors..... yes and pleanty of times ........mechanical failure well ok but why ........is hes to hard on what he is using ........... AALL his set ups ??????????? able and he struggles to finish time and time again.
Now he will have a win .........
He is the most frustrating aussie driver to follow .............
I think he's having a pretty good season, he's usually around 6th or 7th in qualifying and been scoring points most races, until last night I think he was even with Koverlinen on points who's in a Maclaren and look what Marks driving. It's good to see him finishing races for a change.
I stopped watching F1 around 2002. Schumacher being the only truly great driver in a truly great car made it quite boring.
Back then Webber was qualifying around 6/7th, sometimes getting up near the front during the race, and then he'd usually crash or sometimes retire. Very often he'd qualify well and then crash on the first corner or lap. You could safely put money on him not finishing. Nothing has changed for Mark? He was quite consistent.
