the go pros are great fro timelapse stuff - and because you end up with a huge frame you can pan and scan through the timelapse for a great effect also - to do a fake dolly in out or cross move

the only downsize is that without shutter speed control you cant create longer exposures for nice motion blur / correct video motion blur - which makes timelapse so much smoother.

cant complain for the price though !

Top tip gallah.

If there is one thing that makes me swell with Ozzy pride it is using unrelated tools to get a top result!

It's the Ozzie way!

(with a bit of Chinese/Swedish input also and the Yanks have obviously been copying out Ozzie inginuity)

Why? Collaboration is the great benefit of the Internet. We can't think of everything but through this great big network what one finds and decides to share can benefit those who choose to take benefit from that sharing as much as the person who shared it.

^^^ True

Still this is one of those things you look at and realise it was an "obvious" thing to do.

I have one of those timers, have used it a stack of times to, well, time things but never thought to stick a gopro on it.
