Good chill out numbers weiry and choco.

So from Jack Johnson to Joe Jackson.

Another World to step into could be good.

They did this kind of act when we saw them at Festival Hall, Brisbane in the mid 80s.

They have a heap of great vids on the choobe.

Couple here for highnoon.

One of the girls in this band is the daughter of our best mates in Brisbane.

Bit of a disappointment for her Mum as she was hoping to have a Grand Child (daughter) upon whom she could lavish Love and all the frilly things.

She has taken it quite philosophicaly though.

I absolutely love the collaberation of musicians from different parts and places.

Have a go at this old Doors number with Ray Manzarek from The Doors.

Edit:- Anybody know why this came up as a link instead fo the usual??

I bought this album in Cairns in 1972 for $2 in mint condition and still have it.

Dave Van Ronk (what a name?) is one of those little known legends of folk music in the American style.

Hope you enjoy. The sailors among us will get a kick out of this song.

Dave Van Ronk was there with Woody Guthrie, Robert Johnson, Hank Williams and the rest of the greats.

This vid is part one of a BBC4 doco on American Folk Music.

This thread needs a bit of spiceing up. Sort of like a bit of STING.

I have this double album on cassette that is still good but I wont play it until I get a decent cassette deck again. But if it is on the choobe who needs one.

Great live performance of "Demolition Man" on Letterman. A good watch.
