i don't mind the dandy warhols. mainly because they remind me of the brian jonestown massacre and they are on a whole other level.
The lead break is by Terry Kath. Better than Hendrix....according to Hendrix. He sat in on their concert and stated as much. The horns kick in at 1.07 Lead starts at 2.49. This is probably one of the best and certainly one of the most underrated albums of the sixties.
The thing is Cisco Chicago became so lame. The first album was sublime. Their second was littered with gems. The third had some enduring brilliance then that was about it. subsequent albums had some joy moments but they slowly moved from cool as dry ice to unbearably middle of the road. Terry Kath shooting himself had a bit to do with it I guess.
