Queensland's prositution taskforce will be on the hunt for women exposing their breasts at balcony parties during the Gold Coast 600 motorsport carnival this weekend.
Gold Coast District Superintendent Paul Ziebarth says the Prostitution Enforcement Taskforce will help local police crack down on the unsavoury but popular motorsporting pastime.
"Where we do see incidences of unsavoury and anti-social behaviour on balconies and in public places ... if it is outside of the boundaries of public order and public safety and ends up in the realm of being public nuisance whether it be wilful exposure ... we will take action," Superintendent Ziebarth told reporters on the Gold Coast.
"We'd just ask people to be very careful of such things as wilful exposure, drinking on balconies ... making sure they're keeping their behaviour within the bounds of a family event."
An estimated 200,000 people are expected to head to Surfers Paradise for the races.

I have never really been a big fan of motorsport but from what I do know breasts are an essential element. I love watching highlights packages of the event on the Goldie. Friends who have been have told me lots of fun stories. Sounds like the Police should leave well enough alone and maybe focus their attention on a few other more pressing issues in my opinion!
I mean seriously - what proportion of people get offended by the flashing of boobies against the number of people who do not mind or really enjoy it? I would think it was a rather in-significant amount.

I was under the impresion that women cant be charged with public indecency because the act states that it has to be offenseive to woman .Aargued as a defence for a woman who streaked at a concert in melbourne the nude female can not be offensive to another woman . This was found to be the case & the case was dismissed. Only nude men can be offensive to woman . So get it all off.
