The boxing day test is bit of a tradition , along with the start of the yacht race .
Never take as much notice of the other tests , I think it's just a part of the Xmas thing for me
The only thing that changed today for me was the lack of a old crackly am radio to listen to the cricket on . Had to settle for TV
there were a few exciting overs and moments through out the days play but on the whole it was not as one has come to expect of the day. I thought that a few of the decisions were a bit crook but it swings in rounder bouts. A shame Warner gloved one - he was looking like he was going to set the day on fire early on until the rain ruined his concentration.
Ted , Kerry Okeefe is a very funny bastard !!!!! His laugh when he gets it going is one of the pleasures in life !
I think it's funny because he is laughing at his own jokes mostly .!!!... It's a bloody crack up
Young Hughes must be kicking his own nuts in. The new bloke comes in and ****s young Hughes career. Suffer in ya jocks
Today I thought we ( the australians ) may have started to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat .
But no , I think defeat may be again snatched from the jaws of victory .
cricket is the stupidest thing ever invented. i will not even give it credit and call it sport. they cant even make this disgrace look good in a 30 sec burst during the news to start a topic on this makes me sad. not even horse racing is as rigged to boot
Last Night, Bookmakers were paying $2.00 for Australia, and $1.85 for India.
Aussie public on holidays drinking beer tightened things into $1.95 (AUS), and $1.90 (IND). The Draw at $41.00 remains unchanged.

Looking like a close game this one. Go Aussies!
I dont mind watching a little bit of cricket or playing a bit of street/beach cricket but no effin way would I play it seriously. I remember growing up in Perth and heading to to the beach on a 40C day hoping for a wave and seeing these poor buggers baking in the middle of a paddock chasing a red ball around. I avoided the game like the plague when at school, all I wanted to do on the weekends was surf!
When Laxman dropped, you could still get on Australia for $1.55. Not sure why I didn't jump on board to be honest....
Now it's $1.10 & $7.00, and $101.00 for a draw.
Hilfie & Siddle were just having a nice long chat about how to hold the ball, and which way to hold it to make it swing the best.
