If the valve is left unscrewed the sharp edges will cut the kite fabric, maybe this is common sense as no where in the manual does it warn against this.
I contacted ozone and they declined warranty saying there is no way the valve caused the damage.
I included shots, you be the judge.
If this is how ozone handle legit claims they lost a customer.
Give me a kite with the normal inflation tube, this one has caused to many problems.
2010 10m cab switchy had same problem next to center strut
but caught it early and sail clothed it both sides ,was noticed
after 6 months of use though
What did you expect them to do? Replace the kite?
Most likely they would've just sail taped it, something that you could've done in maybe 20 seconds perhaps?
Nothing legit to it.

I guess that warrants a warning to everyone else with a kite...
^^^^^^^^^^^classic.
Sums up half of the "Warnings" on most products you buy.
My mates mobile phone manual had a warning "Do NOT insert phone into any human caverties" WTF
I wonder who took Nokia to court because they got their mobile stuck,,,ummm,,errr somewhere,
and blamed them for not giving a "Warning" in the manual.
^^^^Â bit like a poledancers rig "Warning ,,if you can read this small writting without asking your grandkid to read it for you,,,, you are still not old enough to poledance." LOL
