Either 'Sober' or 'Prison Sex' by TOOL I'd never be able to decide between the two.

I think that's got to be my number one also. His last album was his best - American IV: The Man Comes Around (2002). I heard he died of a broken heart and you can hear it coming out in this album.

And as there were no female vocalists featured in the jjj top 100 I'd say something by Amy Winehouse or Regina Spektor should have made an appearance somewhere above one of the four songs by Jeff Buckley. WTF

this could be a whole new discussion.
how is this possible.... what does it say about female artists. Is music like sport, where the women just can't compete? I would never have believed it!!

well the J's are generally a rock station. most ppl playing rock are blokes.
i think this was going to brought up on hack this week?? i dunno why in reality. the average age of voters was 21, and one could only assume it was a 50/50, M/F vote. maybe we should be asking all the wimmenz why they didnt vote for more of their own kind ?

That's a pretty damn big assumption. I have to admit, of everyone I know that listens to JJJ, the hardcore "I only listen to JJJ and nothing else" types are all guys and the majority of people that I know who listen to that and other stations are blokes too. So from my friends and aquaintances anyway, it's pretty much a no brainer that guys fav rock songs are going to almost always be sung by guys.

Just my observation.

Kings of Leon - Closer

Although i have been listening to 80's music of late and one song in particular. "i don't like Mondays" - Bob Geldorf version. Purely because i don't like Mondays. I think a 2 day weekend is too short... should be at least 3 or 4.
