Isn't it a horror? I have seen plenty of photos of tiger fish but did not realise the suckers got that big. Just finished reading a book on the Congo, Congo Journey by Redmond O'Hanlan.
Would appear that the sum total of Congo fauna and to some degree flora, exist with the sole purpose of making life miserable for two legged inhabitants!
We caught a few of those on the upper Zambezi albeit not that big! heard heaps of stories from the locals about big ones taking small animals...now I can see how.
