Offshore eh? Alot of the positions are FBI only - but are advertised none the less. Have you considered going through an employment agency as positions not filled through FBI are offered to contractors working through employment agencies - kind of a try before you buy type deal. Again same deal - will be advertised even though its been filled. with the employment agencies hard copy is fine & usually results in a meet & greet with the consultant who either likes you immediately & has you working in a week, thinks your okay & gets you working in a month or forgets about you immediately. You are their bread & butter but if gut feeling says no they might loose their contract to supply people with company x you can be assured they won't run the risk.
