Is a hamburger better than a kebab sure a hamburger may be more recognized but is the kebab a silent achiever does it give you the satisfaction of when you eat it taking you on an international culinary journey

Here's 2 awesome fast food tips;

1 - never buy the "sausage meat" lamb kebab - make sure it is real chunks of lamb, or similar for the chicken option
2 - never order a pizza with that awful shredded ham / sausage ham. Alternate, get a vegetarian pizza, and add salami, or chicken, and/or anchovy.

The sausage meats described above are barely "food".

Pizza Guide - go heavy on the vegies, and light on cheese, and you can even ask for this approach at most places.

Burger Guide (for home) - make your own lean mince burger mix, plenty of garlic and onion... Make a Fat Boy Open Top Burger with loads of salad. 1 slice of cheese... You can probably get it down to less than 15 grams of fat if you are really good (at home).

Looks good but do you need to hold it together while you eat it?

How about one of these! Just a random google image, but that is a burger! 1.3kg of meat + bacon,egg,cheese,onion,tomato+lettuce.

Tried the beast but yet to beat it, in Novembars in Morley

Yep Morley WA. I've tried it twice, both times finished with about a pattie and a half left.
The patties (we at least the first 3 or 4) taste delicious.

The burger costs 28.50 BUT...you can opt to pay $1 per minute it takes you to eat the whole thing. (Less than 28.5 minutes = discounted burger, more than 28.5 minutes it gets expensive). This is the Fat Boy Burger Challenge.

I'd do a test run before doing the challenge. I'm glad I've not started the challenge, takes about 90mins to get to 1.5 patties left for me.

The record is something like 6 minutes

will track some pics of customers eating it. the burger is held together with two skewers. our best selling burger was stolen from man vs food,it was the juicy lucy. big chunk of cheese enveloped in a half kilo pattie. it was a caramelo koaloa for carnivores

As soon as I get home from this swing I will be eating some good fatty oily questionably healthy food all takeaway shops beware your food may be photographed and posted on here it will receive a rating maybe out of 10 maybe out of 100percent dePending on my attitude and variations in my emotional state remember the way to a mans heart is thru his belly this will affect scores dramatically in a positive or negative way let the games begin ps I don't feel that I should be the only reviewer as I feel a wider demographic would make allowances to particular ingredients which I despise such as mint leaves or falafel that **** gets stuck in my teeth it may sound trivial but these are things which may affect global warming and carbon production the capture of kony space travel and all other things which affect our lives me you everyone think global eat local

After yesterdays burger talk, we whipped up a batch of homemade burgers for lunch today!

Crap weather today, plenty of rain, but the burgers tasted great!
