I showed my kids the Goggomobile add and they love it. They have been walking around the house saying "G-o-gg-o, not the dart, not the Dart"

I love the Vet add

And we can't forget arguably the best "Not happy Jan".

Great ads!

Ah the good old days. Compare and contrast to the "current" yellow pages ad

no the dart...

well I've got the dart.

Ironically I newly registered it after finishing restoring it the same month that advert came out....oh the pain...couldnt drive it anywhere without everyone reciting the advert.

and I've met that actor and his wife...very nice people. They also bought a goggo sedan after appearing in that advert. [he has acted in many Aussie shows such as Homicide etc,]

ps: its not the car you can see in my avatar..that is another Aussie made car...a Lightburn Zeta runabout..

yes there is a car behind the cataraman windsurfer...well an unused body shell at least

haa haa Marvin knows what brand car it is...cool.

Goggomobil was probably Australia's only successful small car manufacturer...unfortunately Lightburn wasnt..... but was successful in whitegoods and cement mixers hee hee....

yellow pages adverts are always good....but they have a better chance at it as they are probably the only company that has literally an unlimited source of story lines to choose from...so that helps a lot.
