Just getting some miles in the legs. Riding speed is about the same tempo as paddling. Slow

That Reverb seatpost is good gear.

Serious looking bike. Being new there are so many things I don't even
know exist. Had to look up what those seat posts are. Chistmas and birthday presents are sorted for the next few years

mine came standard with a giant adjustble post, but they forgot to fit the seat height for me. went back a few days later and the seat was too low so they put a revirb on there (longer). I could have changed to a bigger bike the rest of the geometry was good.
reverb post seems better quality than the giant ones. probably heavier tho.

I thought it would be great but I dont use it as much as I thought I would. Good on BMX track and really hard downhill stuff but most downhill I leave.

Loving this sport though - so good to be able to say I will go at 4pm on tuesday for two hours and do it, not wind dependant! and more fun than I expected!

Dont know how to link photo but

oh I got tubeless tyres after a flat. low pressures make it feel heaps better on our super rocky trails. can absolutely hook down the single track.

If you are looking to get a cheap way in for yourself or another member of the family, I have my daughter's mtb up for sale - see perthmtb.asn.au/node/40502

Nothing flash - think of it like a 2006 JP FSW - almost completely superceded - a few scratches here and there but no major dings.

That's the best part about mountain biking. No wind, no swell then go for a ride.

Here is our club logo.

You see but didn't saw hahaha. Love it!
How good is coming off. Not as pleasant as going over the falls on a wave.
Hilly text me this morning saying how much he loved it.
Are you doing the Karri Cup with Miller and I in 2 weeks? Should be fun... Not! Hahaha.
Make sure when you come down south you bring your deadly treadly with you and we will see how much bark we can get off you

Landed on a log.
Got up this morning the pain was heavy. Cold sweats, blurred vision and passed out. Wife called ambo and now I'm in hospital waiting for X-rays.

Thanks for the love fellas. Appreciate it. I'm walking... just, which is the main thing.
Well it's been 2 days in hospital now. Loaded on morphine and valium. Dr can't see anything on the X-ray so looks like a MRI in Bunbury tomorrow.
Anyone want to buy a Trek Fuel Ex 6 mountain bike

Just got the results from MRI this morning and doctor showed me the images. Technology is amazing!
I've fractured my lower back (sacrum not scotum hahaha).
Lots of rest for the next month or two? Off the morphine and valium because it made me vomit too much. Just good doses of codeine.
I'm chomping at the bit already! Can't keep me still for 5 minutes
