fk paypal are useless, make it as hard as possible to send an email, you go thru all the automated response crap and when you do finally get to send an email a day later they send you back an email that is cut n pasted based on keywords from your email (ie: not even read it).

got so frustrated I told virtual chat Katie she is awroit lookin and asked if she is into anything that I might be into 
- whoever programmed that thought of everything lol "please don't speak to me like that".
Some times real people aren't any better... I must have asked enough times "Are you a real person?"
Remember Katie remembers everything you tell her, it helps the response algorithm.
