Why do people insist on personalised number plates?!

Some of them aren't too bad but just yesterday I saw a bloke driving around a hotted up WRX with the number plates

'KEWL DOOD'

What a stroker! Maybe a future kiter? He may have purchased the car the get laid, but he'd better have some spare change to buy a porno given his choice in number plates.

Have you seen a gayer set of plates?

Wow what a shocker haha. What state allows 8 letters, WA? I've seen a lot of shockers but by the same token there are some incredibly creative ones too.

There used to be a driving instructor near me with black and yellow NSW plates "EARNER". When he had an L plate driver it used to read L-EARNER

these guys have a plate that says black ss but if you look just a bit futher to the right it says it there also, come on guys you already have a bagde that says it,get a bit more creative...

There is a guy here in Perth with a new V8 Ford and the plate says "Y PAY TAX"

I liked it. Was a black back ground with white letters.

I would love to have one that says "ION 01" (I owe no-one) unfortunately I don't think that it would be very truthful

When I bought my ute I went to rego to pay and get new plates. The lady handed over the next plates in the pile - YDD 69U...
I thought "would you just.."
I didnt ask for them, they were just the next random plates. Just a lucky fluke.

Is that Queensland Laurie you're talking about?

I saw a plate that said 'BY BY COP' in Johannesburg, attached to some sort of V8 sedan.

I've had five vehicles registered in my name over the years, all the plates have had the number '7' in them (none of them personalised, all random). Lucky?
