OK, So I had a great 6 hours out on the water today. Absolutely brilliant day, a few sailing buddies, fully powered the whole time. There were a few holes in the wind, so it was only a 9.5/10 - can't complain really.
BUT.
I had this freakin' song stuck in my head. ALL. DAY.
Bummer, I am now stuck with a dumb way to die song in my head.
I will have to listen to a new stupid song. Only way.
Good on you for the sail today, wouldn't have been a dumb way to die...
I blame my son many mornings, he might have a small piano practise before school, I then ride my bike to work with a "learn piano level 2" song stuck in my head !
I've been told that singing the national anthem works a treat, but that was back in the days when it was "God save the Queen".
You could try either one and see which works best.
That's a long time to have so much crap in your head!
Maybe all those 215 Kms & corners yesterday made you dizzy.
Next time we are dragging down runway try:

Hey Pete, I reckon Mike did the animations and graphics for that clip and he's just subliminally trying to show his skills off 
I'll bet his company gets a kickback from every time it gets viewed and now he's just raking it all in
