Maybe.. but some people have really "bad" taste in music. To a lot of people music is about whatever is fashionable at the time and nothing else.. And a lot of it is really "bad".. example:
Techno/House/Electronica in general used to have ...something. An underground honesty. It's inspiration came from deep within.
Then this piece of ****ing **** song came along and I can still hear it echoing around the rubbish alcho-techno they put out today:
