According to this map Perth shouldn't be that windy!!!
Or maybe that's why it is windier than East coast

I've seen that before but been so busy wondering about the lion that I never noticed the jet of water (fuel? something else?) coming out of the side of the car! That can't be good can it?
Full toxic protective suit, full face respirator mask and a fire hose should sort it.
