It doesn't appear to have hit the ground, so, when the phone call is made, it hasn't "fallen off the hoist". It has simply "moved on the hoist" or perhaps "settled while being lifted" 
Our math teacher was very committed to gave as the best knowledge of that difficult geometry

I have heard farmers complain that daylight saving affects their cows milking
