The stupidest episode of Crimestoppers I ever saw was asking for information on the murder of a guy who gave evidence against bikies and found himself dead down a mineshaft in outback SA... Bet the phones were quiet that night.

More than likely, that rooster has a skin infection that makes his lose all his feathers. I have seen it before in patchy looking chickens, but not the whole thing.
