What gives anybody the right to tell an adult what he or she can/can't do with their own body?

fine go for it. you can also forgo the tax dollars that are neede to patch you up again as well then. stuffed if im paying tax for that!

And I don't want to pay tax for all the fast food addicted consumers so should we ban them too. I know a few vegans who would then argue everyone else is putting toxins in their body

But nothing will get done about it because the banks are swimming in drug money.

Fark, Cisco go smoke some weed.

This guy has done some very good research into banking involvement in drugs: http://drjiggens.com/the_mystery_of_nugan_hand_bank.html and his book is a must read for anyone who followed the Donald Mackay murder.

It has long been known that the CIA used drugs to fund their operations in Asia. This is not something new, the poms brought China to her knees with opium. Afghanistani opium production is at an all time high now, in a country which is supposedly controlled by the Yanks. Is it likely they are involved? I doubt the production would be possible without their involvement.

The CIA is a long time partner with organised crime in the US of A. There are no other customers capable of handing over huge amounts of cash and no agents more capable of making secure shipment and transfers. And what more effective a system could you devise to pull cash out of circulation.

there is only "drug" money cos we can't grow it at home (because of the war on drugs)
to all the people who think druggies are all in the gutter, get real, most of the people you deal with every day are or have been recreational drug users thats right !shock horror! doctors lawyers nurses even policemen!
the war on drugs makes makes no sense unless you sell drugs then its great for profits.

Wouldn't dispute army or intelligence agencies... but banks, why bother, they INVENT money!

And if that wasn't enough, they rehypothecate.
And if that wasn't enough, they sell you make believe assets.
And if that... you get the picture.

Sure in the past they're involved... before they were allowed to invent financial products.

You are absolutely right, banks have need of drug money but drug money has to have banks.

It occured to me about a year ago that if these massive transactions are taking place between the producers and the primary buyers, eg the maffia, it has to be the most effective method of removing hard currency from the system.

There is more than enough evidence that all of the intelligence agencies require cash for their activities. Some banks have to be compliant.

**** them, merry christmas! Took the dog for a run around the river this morning, saw quite a few folk but was wished a merry xmas by only one group, some asians having a genteel brekky

Haaa so Cisco and you are talking about laundering drug money... well then yes I'd agree (smoking some weed is still good for you Cisco), but compared to the rest of their activities it's insignificant.

HSBC supposed to be a large laundering bank (I bank with them)... they were created for this purpose, a bank for the opium trade.

Interesting article: http://www.perthnow.com.au/news/high-society-australia-tops-list-of-drug-users/story-e6frg12c-1226238146725

Seems to be quite impartial. Also interesting that it attributes more deaths to drug use than alcohol dependence, a lot of statistics report people claim this the other way around.

It is a statistic that nobodies ever died from a marijuana overdose.. besides maybe this guy

I've tried all of those apart from 4-MTA, and that scatter chart is total BS.

E's are totally more physically harmful than LSD, and when your rolling u just want more and more.
LSD is like vitamin water when you're dehydrated and about to die.
Cocaine has limited dependency.
Khat doesn't do anything at all.
Solvents are way up there with harm, and 0 dependency unless your poor and want to get high.
Benzodiazipnes, farked me up in hospital... way up there on dependency and insomnia after.

Look I can still type after drinking a bottle of wine ... gona watch "50/50" now.

Some of the best and most memorable times of my life have been when I'm altered... just some of the great experiences life has to offer.

Life is about experiences, it dumbfounds me how people close themselves off to all life has to offer.
