Who needs a new thumb?

Three things come to mind:
My first thought when I read the thread title was that is was another thread about Mark-Oz's red thumbs.
Then the screaming underwater, never thought it possible.
Last but not least, it's a brave man that goes to Bangkok for anything more serious than a happy ending.
