Hey Pup! Looks good! I have the same prob.... had a few mates last weekend and I found that the more beers I drunk the more the edges got charred! But it was all good as we called them (edges) pizza bones and fed them to next door dog!

For extra taste add a cup of dried Italian herb mix per kilo of flour!

funny - I didn't get the call from him , gutsed it all & probably drank your beer too I 'spose!
apparently we have to brush olive oil around the edges & then sprinkle ground semolina (cornmeal) around edges - may be easier for us just to cut them off a bit or pay more attention (read: stop perving at good-looking neighbour/drink less alcohol at the time/talking less crap)
How did that new girl of yours sail mate?

Will take her out first time Saturday, she needed abit of electronic (ploter, Epirb, tiler pilot and solar panel) I am thinking of a Rotto run and back if the wind is right, will be a good test we have a few bets with my usual crew as we used to do Rotto in 4 to 4.5 hours with my old boat, I said it could be done in just over 2 hours and I have a bottle of Jack on it!

hey guys. looks gr8.
I saw on food safari (I think) once the guy was cooking pizzas in one of those ovens. he kept it pretty sparse but he said the key was to leave a little bare bit somewhere near the middle (the size of the head of his sauce spoon) he said it let the heat into the base and helped it cook evenly. Just thought i'd mention it.

p.s. How good are maeve's tits!
