What gets me with this thread is it took only 11 minutes to go from the first post to a photo of a he-she and down the toilet from there. Not bad, even by SB standards

ha, i've was thinking, what kind of a man puts that sort of question about his girl on the sbgf

it's a worry, it was only going to go badly from what i've seen of the caliper of the general forum lurker and thats just in 4 days of poking my nose around the dark side from another sb locate, some of its obscene. i smell a rat. the forums been had, used for his own ends.

go back to where you came for you say- nope

Present for girlfriend of one month?

Must show you understand females and how they are different to blokes
Must show you know what ladies really need
Not too expensive (short relationship so far)
Something that reflects how long you have been together

... tampons.

Give her a Birthday cake.
Don't worry, she won't get fat, wedding cake does that .

Here's another thought; Take her to the beach to watch a bit of your favorite hobby, then out to get a bite to eat Might have an opportunity to answer some questions, and convert her to a long term fan......

Gizmo and the Gypsy gave ya a good idea with the flowers too. Do both, it'll be good for both of you.

Flowers = not good.

Over time you can't win. You do it and they take'em, just that.
You skip once and ** accumulates...

I have mates that have been stuck in that loop for years... not good.

Bonus sex maybe? That usually get reciprocated the next day...

why are women into flowers... I don't get it. you spend fair money on a decent bunch, and they just sit for a week on a table and then die off and end up in a green waste bin.

Why not get a pampering treatement, massage or something. Women love that... it's relaxing etc... It's hard to make a mistake with that one. Doesn't have any deep meaning, but it shows that you care and want her to feel good...

Reading all these suggestions I would just dump her because she sounds too high maintenance.

I hope that helps.

I'm puzzled, I thought it would have been obvious, but nobody's mentioned it.
I'm sure she'd just love a new sail!

You and I might be a bit old school for this one Decrep but if shes going to be happy with a new sail then that means she is a windsurfer in which case she will be more than happy with a root. If you get a sail you might get the wrong brand and blow everything!!!!

Anyways i have been pretty creatively eccentric when dating I allways choose rather than a present to take part in some for of activity.

For instance we went iceskating.. Never been there before but in all honesty we both had a ball for her birthday. Think the trick is because you have been only going out short term jewlery and stuff is off the cards. an activity would benifit you both and its good teambuilding.
another suggestion is would say would be take her hot air ballooning. ( this is one that i would like to do one year)

No card, too early for that!...
you will have to put words in the card and at this stage I think thats a big mistake, but a bunch of yellow flowers (yellow is really nice when you are a winter baby)

I know, I got mine a week ago

If you buy perfume I can guarantee you, you will make a mistake at this early stage.

Yellow flowers means friendship...so thats a good start.

GD , you are soooo on the money, maybe some lindt chocolate too, , that never fails.you can small boxes, so you can share, and she wont worry about getting too fat
