Im still here 1 year later riding the same exercise bike in front of same internet connection ..growing one year older....
I have a hot date tomorrow... i met her at a work do in the city ..
Im gonna try and break her in slowly so she understands my windsurfing addiction.
and that some times when there is high winds i have a short attention span for stuff like shopping

i find it hard myself.
sitting at a cafe then i see it. a gust in a tree. a piece of paper rolling. it's hard to stay focused on the conversation.
sometimes i just gaze at the chest. keeps me distracted.
