why does art have to be confined to the art gallery??

I would much rather see vibrant, colorful paintings on walls, rather than horrible mono-chrome 1960's architecture.

Agree - that's the thing about Melbourne, I think this city has really embrassed art, on the street and in the galleries. I can't have enough of it.

Anyone familar with the crate artist on the Belgrave line? He does different sculptures with milk crates against a wall on the trainline. Gives some of the commuters a buzz.

Not mine, but the Artist said:

6 days cutting the Stencil another 3 to paint. And day 2, it rainned a bit... So the paint its a little blurry at the hair.

Latex and thousands of Spray Cans.
