2.- HAARP doesn't have the energy to do that (although it is in the right path) they use the Japanese MDS radars as a daisy chain for HAARP presumably to affect China/Russia.
3.- The Japanese build the best buildings in the world to withstand Earthquakes, and my friend in Tokyo felt it, and one of my companies factories had significant structural damage, 1 guy died, 14 people injured Tochigi prefecture, still offline... no Tsunami damage.

i have not looked into this much but as tsunami hit Aceh and Japan i saw little or no earthquake damage.
my friend who was in Indonesia at time there said he felt no earthquake prior to wave coming.
perhaps the earthquake's in Japan came after the tsumai?
