Lets add more foxes and see if that works ay barn?

You don't need to add foxes, the fox population fluctuates depending on food supply and predation. Adding an apex predator will solve the ecological balance. Apex predators are slow breeding, and stabilise ecosystems, in water and land..

My point was that from the planets perspective, one shark is more valuable than another bloody human, no matter what LLanes book says..

They killed all the sharks off the coast of America and Humbolt squids (ocean foxes?) replaced them, totally destroyed a balanced ecosystem (along with human over fishing)..

Healthy populations of sharks are priceless, humans are, frankly, expendable..

That is taking my quote out of context. The quote was in relation to looking at things from 'perspective'. And from the planets perspective, humans are a dime a dosen..

Nothing changes when the population drops from 7 billion to 7 billion-1?

From my perspective I'm more important than many things. And I presume you are typing this on a personal computer, bought with money that could have been sent to some corner of the planet to save a Hungry Hungry Human?

So Hasta La Vista.. Starvin Marvin also?..

You presumed wrong Barny boy. I'm at work getting paid to stir you up.

I actually didn't read that much into your quote. My comment was meant to be a bit of a joke... You know. Haha! Terminator and all...

^^ I can't remember Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 saying Humans were expendable, so I missed the reference! lol.. But that was its overal opinion, maybe thats where I got it from..

I guess I also get my morals from Scripture

Anyway, I went to youtube to find a quote (dunno why I'm pretty sure I know every line).. But I found this instead!! Even better..

**Holy crap there is heaps of musicals. And it was Rambo that had all the 'expendable' lines

over 270,000 sharks are murdered each and every day.

http://www.amcs.org.au/default2.asp?active_page_id=516

animals get killed, people get murdered. lets keep it in perspective

Ecosystems get destroyed, hairless bipedal apes in plague proportions get chomped. Thats perspective.

so using that rational, when someone gets attacked by a shark, its actually a murder!!!!. better bring in the shark homicide detectives
