Wow, This is beyond stupid.
Just for those who aren't aware. A guy was seriously injured when he was towed by a ski boat and his harness broke under the pressure exerted by the boat and upward lift of the kite.
Not something you want to try...
that guy was holding the ski rope, not tied to himself. the harness only had what the guy could hold plus his weight.
kiteboarding,jetskis,cable parks,wakeboarding,kitesurfing,the future is blurred for the moment. decisions, decisions.
That was friggen brilliant..........the air and control, nice landing too...far out.
Ever seen the video of the guy getting absolutely pole axed when stuff breaks trying this? There is more than one of these around and after you see it you will not try it.
I know in the deep dark legends of sydney kiting history some folks tried that, and the person involved is still having neck problems after his surgery.
Put this surely but firmly in the "dont try this at home kiddies" basket.
