Just a positive, no thrills post...

How damn awesome was yesterdays kite!

My body aches after 6 days straight, the legs were screaming, ankles in ruin, the back in tight knots, stepped on a bee on way down to beach:

but Head to occasional double head high waves with 20 knots plus wind - all the pain went away...

Have to agree eppo...great downwinder from leighton to Brighton yesterday, by the time we got to Brighton the sw was in full swing and was handing out big boosts to all. Epic day.

yep, was a sick day yesterday...honking wind, nuking even, not sure about the 3m swell though, just a nice smallish swell to compliment the seas and wind swell....and of course the WIND!

not 100% sure, but I think it may have been the windiest afternoon of the season so far in Perth...?...had the 6 depowered half way, wishing I was on a 5.

We had some large swell down here in mandurah. Guys were out surfing geries, and pulling into some big waves. We went up the coast to a 'secret' surf spot, the kind of wave where the whole ocean move at ya, just epic, long ocean swell waves, that jacked up in shore. You needed to make the second section or it took a big boost to get over the next three waves coming in after it. probably one of the best kites I've ever had in 9 years.

I know the one you mean. I have had some epic times at xspot on a biggish swell - it is indeed 'flash' on its day. Cheers mate.
