Recently got a new plugin for CS6...Topaz adjust. Fantastic piece of software for all photographers.

Yeah it's a cool filter. Just be careful you don't go to overboard with the settings. I took this one back in 2010 in Kenya and thought it needed some wacky effects. Not so sure it look any good now I look back on it.

Yeah that bungalow bar is a bit too popped for my liking but cool piece of art - could even push it a bit further and then print it on canvas or aluminium. The standup and kiting scenes you could probably do very similar by playing with curves, saturation and contrast

Nah that was the dramatic effect with the sliders pushed most of the way up. This bar was unreal, looked over the rapids of the Nile. Miss that place.

Lots of cheap and cheerful software freeware out there and they do a great job. But not at the same level of quality or the ability to create and adjust the effects that you want.

Topaz Adust gives some great presets but the fun starts when you work with the sliders to get the results you want.

I could have done this in photoshop without topaz but it would have taken a lot longer
