Tim Pumpa is officially the fastest kite surfer in Oz!

On the 1st day of participating in his first ever professional International Speed Sailing event Tim Pumpa has improved on the existing Australian Speed Kiting Record by nearly 7 knots!

Tim is participating in the Luderitz Speed Event 2010 in Namibia. His official speed was 40.72, breaking the previous Australian Speed Kiting record of 33.94 knots.

thats fantastic that he has gone that fast and by no means do i knock him for that .
