Some of you may remember I posted back in Dec about my broke'd leg ( snapped fibular across the ankle )
well
2 weeks on crutches no weight
4 weeks on weight bearing cast
1 month in no cast - and I can just run again.
Been looking at video clips of myself deciding which of my moves might break it again, and think S bend down loops we be off the cards indefinitely
Finally get to ride the new Norths.... this weekend hopefully !
