Got everyones attention , what rates? Overseas ,because we all have a little protected spot in oz and dont want to over populate our own backyard. Its gotta have waves ,not mush , 16knts plus, 4ft + . Fiji , vietnam, bali, sumbawa,sumba ,maui ? .Need an adventure bad ,share your adventure to give me a fix , summer has been very unworthy. Beer has been comforting in these tough times.

Here is a video I have just made of a kitesurfing downwinder tour from Pretty Beach to Port Douglas in far north Queensland. Highlights in include dolphin noises under the water - and an encounter with a large sea creature - possibly a dugong.
We are scoping out more tours this year in May. Options incude kiting out to the Low Isles, off Cooktown and maybe even Cooktown to Lizard Island.
Any kited in Fiji?? Me and the family are planning a trip in October and wasn't sure to take the kite with me.

What about Sandakan (Malaysia?) It's a beachy type place and has been for the last 20 years, not very frequented, nature preserves with giant bat caves and orangutan preserves everywhere, and looking at the forecast for the week has onshore and sideshore winds between 18 and 27 knots. Anyone been? A quick google doesnt bring up anything apart from a few "adventure tour" companies that happen to offer kitesurfing advertising in the area.
