The latest kitesurfing Movie from BWS called 'GIANT CLOUDS' is having the launch night in perth this sunday. This is the movie from the big swell we scored in fiji earlier this year when Ben Wilson got that massive wave on the Jeep ad. filmed over a couple of days with some awesome footage from boats and choppers at Cloudbreak. There is also going to be a band playing so come down listen to some good music and check out this new flick on the big screen.
Fingers crossed we even get some wind before hand so we can have a kite first then smash a few beers at OCEAN 1 after.
when- Sunday oct 24th
where- OCEAN 1 bar scarborough, 100m north of peters by the sea. cnr manning st. scarborough beach foreshore.
cost- free entry
time- bands starts at 6/6.30 and screening of movie about 7.00 after their first set.
run time of movie is 20 mins.

OCEAN 1 also asked me to advise-no thongs or singlets after 7.00. and strictly no more than 120 people due to their liquor licence in venue. so be early to get in !
ITS ON TONIGHT! band kicks off at 6/6:30-if you havent been to OCEAN1 before its a great surf pub and does awesome food- pizzas, burgers ,some seafood etc and plenty beers on tap. fingers crossed we get some wind too this arvo beforehand!
Well I tried to come see this movie last night, but was turned away at the door because my date was underage (my almost 4 year old daughter). I had never been to Ocean One before...not a kid friendly joint at all as it turns out.
Is there another screening scheduled???
