Could anyone please help me to find a optimal set up for a go pro with kite line mounts . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pictures to explain would be even better but i would be stoked with any advice.

Thanks in advance
Mark

Thanks for that. I am more looking for someone with a 4 line cabrihna that runs a go pro so they can show me a optimal set up.

The pic above labelled basic is all you need, however on a Cabrinha IDS kite, the camera must be mounted up past where the front lines split. The cross spar stops stabilizes the camera.

Heaps and heaps of stuff online, Google is your friend, I just typed in "Gopro kite line mounts" try it and have a look around, you will find plenty to help you.
like this

and this, more for stunt kites, but lots of ideas for mounting, in detail, and Kitepower sells all those fittings and spars.

Ok so i have one of those allready. Do i need a stablising bar. I mount mine above the ids system on the cabrihna range. I run a pro kit on most of my kites. I understand the principal of it all but am just not getting the results i need. LOl

Quiet frustrating for me, new toys are a burden sometimes. Hopefully someone out there can just take a picture of there set up and show me how its done if i cant sort it out ill just go for the strut mounts and go from there.

Thanks all for replying your help is greatly appreciated.

There has been some extensive discussion on this before. Check out:

I have yet to try out my line mount also but mainly photos are the way to go.
Try also the fin mount and the chest harness.

If you do a google search there is a stack of info about how to rig up your gopro and using stabalizer bars with your Cabrinha IDS system
