HI ALL, could any of you cats recommend some dvd's. New to the sport so any help greatly appreciated. Also on a side note learning in the Rocky/Yeppoon area are there any trainers you could recommend.

this is the only one I would recommend because it is up to date with modern teaching techniques. make sure you get the second edition (latest). All other beginner DVD's I've seen are pretty outdated by now.
