Any body know where to board in Las Vegas and is it any good around mid June.
Any input would be appreciated
do the roller coaster at new york new york, do the sky diving fan thingy, ride the wave pool, play the penny pokies at Cesar’s (they server free alcohol while you play, drank scotch all night on $1.35 ), watch the weird things that come out at night and take a camera, take a picture of the worlds largest thermometer in death valley… and all the other wacky things that happen especially after the sun goes down!!!
Not sure how many times you will get to go to LV, but it’s a trip and if you are there for only a short time there is far too much to see to worry about kiting, the US is a different place and LV is another world, weather you like USA or not, LV is different and well worth some time spent.
Try ask the guys at A Wind of Change. I bought some kite pants off the internet from them last year & they happened to be in Las Vegas.
If you're driving from lax to vegas, before you get to vegas, on the right hand side is a big watersports lake. Can't remember the name though. Google earth it. Vegas is fun. Like disneyland for adults.
There are definitely good places to kite out there as they have lakes and occasional strong winds. I kited near Lake Mohave in Nevada last year and its a great spot and awesome desert scenery. I would google some of the LA based kite stores and give them a call, as those guys often head inland for flat water kiting.
