That was probably the most impressivie surfing you will ever see on a kiteboard.

Ironically, by someone who has probably never flown a kite, and seemed a bit bemused, if not embarrassed about riding a kiteboard!

I know that this is a kiteboarding topic but i came across these new finless surfboards that I reckon could be lot's of fun with a kite. The video is self explanatory, but the pic shows a new design that a surf shop in Adelaide is selling, and it reminds me of a race board.

my mate is living over there atm going to uni and surfing that wave on weekend.

he bought a 5ft kiteboard which he uses

Bruce is one of the best barrel riders in the world, that is some seriously sick footage, especially the below sea level dredger.

They look like fun, but I don't know about it being a "new design".
....very similar to the Alaia surfboards that were being shaped, pre 20th century. Pretty much the oldest surfboard design.
