well if the wind aint blowing enough youve gotta get your kicks somehow definaintly different not sure it will catch on though.

I always wanted to try that. Only thing that stopped me was seeing a video ages ago of a dude who's harness or something snapped and came back down hard.

We did it several times, and yes, looped it on the way down. Worked well, except once I initiated the loop a little late in the descent and landed hard, but oh well!

Yep I saw that too - difference is he was attached to the tow rope. The key is to use a ski rope that you can let go of at any stage, and control the kite using one hand.
