Of course they had to use a photo with a kiter with a serious poo stance and the kite at noon. Couldn't have gotten one of the thousands of good photos taken there every week? Certainly they could have gotten a very manacing looking shot of someone doing an unhooked, pet decapititing, view ruining, pensioner intimidator jumpy spin thing. Maybe gotten a photo of Ted Bundy kiting?
I'm a dog owner too and **** these clowns. Cooperation, not regulation, is the key.

glue razor blades to the string and send this fella scooting about amongst the kiters!! ha ha ha... that will make front page!!
