Now the council is going to have to come and repaint a new marking, when they should be down in altona pulling kites out of trees
Short lines, a handicapped kitesurfing who only has half a body, riding a peter lynn arc kite, no bridle or fifth line on the kite which is a dangerous example to set for beginners, not to mention issues with his posture on the board, the lack of chop on the water clearly indicates no wind. There are so many things wrong with this picture that I don't know where to start. You'd expect graffiti artists to be more conscious of these kinds of things.
We have checked the spot 4 times since we "discovered the spot" and every time somone has parked next to the spot but not in it! I'm in Perth lachy, but ill be in newy from Friday to Tuesday. I'll be coming in for a coffee!

I have often parked in that spot, for some reason it is often empty when all the other spots around are taken, I think because there was a blue line on one side and it was next to the disabled bays people just assumed it was also a disabled bay.
I think the council realised I was getting on in years and deserved a spot close to the walkway, so just decided to formalise it as a bay for me.
They probably should have put my name on it or at least put the grey hair on the figure as suggested by sugarqube, but what with the natural foot, poostance, c kite and unstrapped it is obviously my bay, I must remember to put that sticker they issued me on my windscreen.
