Quick question,
Competitors at the finish line pass the first (red) float, some are then passing the second (white) float on the outside, whilst the rest are pass on the inside.
Who is in the wrong?
People passing on the outside of the buoy (to the West) were wrong, but 14 did it. Passing to the East was correct, and 44 people managed to do that.

How ~25% of entrants managed to get it wrong is still beyond me, but it means I placed 3 positions better than I crossed in.
