Check out this awesome vid from North Kiteboarding's hottest young talent, Mark Jacobs and Mallory Dela Villamarque, (A.K.A. M&M Kiteboarding.) This is an example of what the North young blood program produces.
Respect and all, but did North hire a group of epileptics and ask them to squeeze as many spins and arm flails as possible into each jump? So probably no respect in hindsight.....
I'm old school JB, and prefer the grace of a massive 540 then the moves I've just seen. I think we all need to take a deep breath 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - aaaaahh - and just relax on the water.
Unleash the sledging.
Beer Bong... there were a lot of repeat moves and yes the spinning was a little "busy" to watch but those unhooked to blind 7's are pretty freakin amazing. When they started throwing in the kiteloops as well (while unhooked) then you gotta take ur hat off to it.
That was wicked fattso, and a totally separate discipline to the spin doctors.
Kiteloops are well beyond me. So my top hat gets tipped a little......
Sick clip jb I think the young blood program is awesome last mambo i was watching some of the kids there and they were rippin I think when they have the big guy's around them that pushes them to push it.

Is it bad that I liked the parts of the clip where they stacked it the best?
I wish my shoulder would stand up to that abuse though. Bring on Gumby.
I remember little Marc as a 11 year old hanging out every day at the beach. Even then he had an amazing ability to learn very quickly in our crappy local gusty conditions.
Then he got bigger and better, and he and the Bright boys seemed to learn mobes overnight, I suspect over in New Caledonia. Now he's on the international scene his kiting has jumped yet another notch.
Good on him, I wish I had that sort of flexibility plus I doubt my knees and shoulders could handle that sort of stuff anymore.

the brazil vid was sick, mad sound track, stupidly hard moves and a cool vibe...
what kites were they riding by the way?
Awesomeeeee
JB pssssssssssst..... when are they getting here
psssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssst
ssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
Umm few nice moves, but on the whole,
too many double handlepasses with the kite at twelve, and no sense of steeze (or style). A very North-esque video...
