Went to the pond today and spoke to the bulldoser driver. Apparently they are building a sand wall out to deep water where a barge will be loaded with the rocks that are on the beach. These rocks are to extend the current rock wall out side the marina. The bull dozer will be working for 10 months taking sand from inside the new pond and reinforcing the sand wall. This means the pond should get better as it will be deeper and more protected. But it will only hold a limited number of kiters and if you can free style i would stay away unless you want to be a hazzard.
That counts me out but what a spot to watch and film guys like ewan and james storm to name just a few.

if they are dredging in there I would not be going in that water i don't think it will be very pleasant.
