I guess the best place to meet is on the car park at the kite spot. The car park is between the angling club and the entrance to the camping ground. Head towards the town centre and when you're in the centre head left and that should take you to the water. Immediately before the entrance to the camping there is a car park. Too easy to find, basically at the eastern side of the town.
I have attached a map of Inverloch and marked the approximate location, click the link below.

Seabreeze still looks good for the weekend.
Is it still on and what time should we meet?

Cool, i guess the location on the map is a good place, as for what time, I was thinking around 2 pm on sat, kite for the afternoon, then have some dinner at the pub. I'll PM you all my phone number and you can call/text between then and now. So, I've got a 13m orange waroo pro, can't miss it.

Seeya then.

I'll be camping on the foreshore Saturday night, I'll be in a swag, so if the weather gets nasty and anyone's renting a cabin, I'll kick in and split it with ya.

Hey all, I'd like to thank manicskier for coming up with idea for a weekend at Inverloch, got to meet Dan ok, Jev7337 and manicskier of course. We did all the sacrifices before venturing to Inverloch, but I think we over did it, we summoned the wind god all right, it was Ballistic, and not in a fun sense.

Saturday: STH-STH/E 25-30 knot’s (?), gusty and not very comfortable kiting at all. We all got to get out, my sesh was cut short after doing a deep carving turn and a gust hit and ripped the spreader bar of the harness, was wanting to try unhooked, just not the way I planned it though.

Sunday: East 26-40 knot’s and Ballistic, manicskier and Dan ok took the plunge and got out and deserve the "I’m gunna test the top end of the kite out trophy's", they came straight back in. I didn’t even get to the water and decided to land and pack it in.

We stayed in tents at the Foreshore camping grounds on Saturday night and for anyone thinking of going down to Inverloch, it's a great set up, Sheltered, powered or non powered van/tent site's and a sh$t load of amenities and it's all right next to the launch site.

Thanks to RAL iNN for the loan of the harness, nice harness Tony.

If anyone heres reports of a ****er trying to get up on a wave board with a 1 1/2 metre stunt kite, "twas me", it's all about fun, and it didn’t work.

Hi guys,

Sorry I missed, but with my surgery so close (Monday), I was summoned by my missus to finish some things around the house, as it seems I will not be able to do anything with mi left arm for around six weeks
I will keep watching you guys and if you’ll organise something closer (Middle Brighton, and surroundings), I may be able to attend.

Cheers
Silviu

PS I just seen now you PM'ed me so I will reply

looks like i had more fun by going to Pt Danger on the weekend.

Doppleganger! next time you video me pumping my kite reset the screen size or sumptin, you know the camera adds 20kg.

Can I have a dig, and say that when the wind was nuking, the only kites out there were the F-one pilots Dan-ok, doppleganger, and I.

after it settled down the scaredy cats came out.

The white/maroon kite in the video was the 8m SL Impact. Great fun there, but Fkn brilliant at Pt Danger the next day.
Of course this is blatant trolling and pimping, but even after admitting it, I wonder how many forum hamsters will be able to control themselves.

Good Afternoon Sportsfans,

And what a weekend in the sport of ankle sand blasting that we had, it was great to watch the kites and boards get buried under the sand after waiting for it to subside. Anywho, its was a great weekend regardless as described above by the others and will be emailing out a stupid sortof newsletter type thingy soonish, if ya catch my drift. However inorder to recieve group communicaitons it will be necessary to supply me with a working email address..

So could dan OK? and jev7337 please send yours through, also dan i don't have your phone number either, PM me.

matto and silviu, got your mail, will mail you all shortly

Apart from that, altona was great tonight, should have emailed you all i guess, sorry.

Cheers (and i'm off the anti-biotics, so i can drink again - yeah)

We had fun Tony, thought I was going to pick up at the pub, they had a hen's night there, then I realized how young they were and thought I'd have a chance when there mum's picked them up.

It's in wide screen, I'll upload it at 4.3 next time, might even make me look athletic.

It's an amazing spot when it's going off who said: "Victoria doesn’t turn it on"

For anyone interested... there will be a crew at Sandy Point for 1 week from this coming Sunday to the following Sunday. Tony (Ral Inn) organizes it every year. I believe we have 2 houses down there and the weekends are booked out in both houses, but there are a couple of spots mid week in one of the houses. We’ll be there anyhow, so if you want to come and check the place out "come on down", have a kite for the day, stay the night if you wish... great food, great company and hopefully the Wind God's will be obliging. PM Tony (Ral Inn) for prices if you want accommodation.

I hope anyone doesn’t think the above is pimping, Tony is a friend and I have no financial interest in the week. My only interest is to have a great time like last year, except this time, I'm up on the board,” cant wait".

Steve
